Where is my enemy harbour traffic?

All campaigns i'm part of at the moment have absolutely no traffic in the harbours, which is quite annoying because i'm a harbour sneaking kinda guy....

mods:

anyone else know how to fix this?

Rubini and RUB-Ops are working on it. it really wasn't our main priority, I'm afraid and still isn't but I'm sure whatever Rubini does will be good.

Never seen the appeal of going into an enemy harbour, myself. If some of the ideas we have for improving enemy harbour defences come off the chances are you won't either... ;) :rotfl:
