Nice bridge, lots of AA platforms and a deckgun, but when looking the the right your screen is dangerously obstructed by a stupid watchmen. :damn:
Somehow he is towering above you and the rest of the crew. (is he standing on a elevated surface or something?)

Has anyone else this problem? I use the CCIP's camera Mod btw.

Yes.
It's the stock game, modelling all U-boat Captains as a short but stout, 5'0".

Does anyone else find this a problem or is it just me nitpicking? (nitpicking? A DD could charge from the blindspot imho..)

No, it is a stupid developer oversight... i have noticed it but never thought to bring it up on the boards... I don't think it's nitpicky at all. My gosh, that guy is frikkin 7'2" and the rest of the crew is 5'11". Haha, who knows? Maybe he gives the watchcrew an advantage? He would see farther over the horizon!

Ok, seriously... he needs to be shorter.

Correct me if I am wrong here but it would make sence if the watchman was standing on the elevated bridge steps (lack of better name) you can see them if and when you scroll around the bridge. This being the case you as a captain standing on the bridge desk would be shorter than the rest of the crew standing on the rails.

So whats the problem? I think it is realistic no??

That would make sense if he was on a rail or a step or something. But the fact of the matter is that he is standing on the same level as everyone else... And he is just a frikkin giant... I mean, he's a monster!!!
