which mods are for the sim nuts, like RUB mod, any others?

SH3Cmdr = Silent Hunter 3 Commander. This mod works hand in glove with RUB. How it tweaks the game and the improvements it makes are too numerous for the likes of me to explain well. Either download it and read the readme or check out other threads after locating them via the search function.
As an ardent fan of both, naturally I recommend them. :up:

Although I do not use their system of mods, you may find wolves at war of interest. if I was not already immersed with e variety of mods that I already have I would probably give them a try. :up:

Harbour traffic and Improved Convoys are another couple of mods that personally I like and RUB utilises aspects of both.

Finally Pascals mods, are a vast improvement on the various models of crew, bow waves, etc.
A must have in my book. :up: :up:

pascals latest mod need to be installed manually. Just follow the path of folders and transfer the files into the final folder. Copy and save the last folder first in case you wish to later swop back; you will not, but just in case.

The rest all work with the mod enabler

so it seems many users have problems with the installation of Pascals modpack.
I´ll try to explain:
the "true" mod folder is inside the root folder of the package. It´s called "Pascals_mods" You have to copy that one into the MODS folder and maybe the folders with the optional files too and activate them as seperate mods.
Do not copy the root folder into the mod enabler!
It was hard to me to understand what the problem was the users had so far with the installation, cause i don´t use the mod-enabler for myself. I downloaded the program and did a test.

A must have for me is the Camera Mod with the Low FOV.

Gives an excellent feeling of claustrophia internally and superb outside views.

Pick your mods very carefully !! Some may do more or maybe less
than you expect. READ the README to findout just what they will
change and add/subract from your gaming experience....
