Hi All & A Newbie Question

Just wanted to say hello to everyone first off and that this game is really good (it's been sitting on my shelf for months, I only just got a chance to fire it up yesterday).

That aside, I keep hearing about this 'no-fatigue mod' but I can't seem to find it (fatigue now I think is broken, my crew sleep all day and can only work for 2 hours at a time). The link on the Subsim download page doesn't work for me, and the link over at GameSpy seems to point to the wrong file (the one containing the milk cow mod). A Google search yields a trail of broken links and dead ends. Is fate against me having this mod? (No that is not the question, my question is: can someone email me the file, please?
