Can someone post a tutorial on adding Radio Log Messages?

I'm reading "Iron Coffins" and would love too add some of my own additional Radio Log messages, historically accurate, on the dates they were sent.

Could someone please be so kind as to notify me which files need altering, besides the TEXT file, and exactly how to do it?

Also how do you modify messages to give a certain "percent" of receiving them?

Irishred has been working on this in his radiolog mods. He has 2 versions, one just has messages from HQ's and is called radiolog light. The other has all kinds of radio messages from other ships, U-Boats, ect along with ones from HQ's and is called radiolog heavy. Radiolog light is complete for the war years while radiolog heavy is complete almost through 1942.
