need help with Rub1.43,, loading it

hey Guys,
I down loaded it , what program do I need to open it with to be able to play it? All of the updated patch's pretty much loaded themself, What I have is an icon on my desktop, ok, what do I do with it.......thanks in advance, Jeff Jones

its called 7z its found on the site where you dl rub, also to save you any hassle dl the mod enabler forgot the real name of it, but look in the SH3 dl, all you do is install this and move the rub mod to the mods folder which the mod enabler has created then you can activate/deactivate mods without any hassle.
