I have d/l a couple of Gramaphone add ons from this site but they are in MP3 format. How do I convert them to play in the game when the gramaphone is turned on. Also what do I convert them too.

MP3 files will play in the gramophone, as long as the bitrate is constant and not vbr (variable).

OGG files are the preferred type. Winamp plays oggs, look up the ogg vorbis site for tools.
