SH3 Unpacker

OK, I've downloaded and installed SH3 Unpacker.

I have ideas concerning boat skins(using PhotoShop 7.0), but no idea how to use SH3 Unpacker.

Is there a tutorial out there? Any instruction?

SH3 Unpacker unpacks the Dat file - you open up the Dat file you need (under SH3/Data/Sea/Name of sub (i think) and you only have one option to open - the given DAT file. That brings up the TGA files inside it. You extract the ones you want by clicking a button on the right side. The rest is very straight forward.
