Hi everyone....Chris a.k.a. THE_ORZEL said this:

SH3 was build on a solid code but it seems it wasn’t entirely finished. There is sign of other possible things in this game like tanks (vehicles) that can move on land more realistic submarines, surface supply ships, supply subs, supply ships and the list goes on. I wonder if the programmers and UBI soft will add these features or perhaps not add but complete them....

Has anyone found any of these things, and if so, would you share their ID's plz? :)

Thanks,

-Jeff

Ow... sounds promising! But with the current engine of the game i think it would make it impossible of running.
Too bad they released the game sooner then they should and without the attention it deserved, things for us now would be different, all of our attention were not to fix bug's that they ignored, but to make this a superb game!
Maybe it will come with the next version of the game, next year... i expect so see is some improvements from the beta testing team (if they have one).

One of the cargo types you can assign in the mission builder is something like "trap container". In the game, you'll see a bunch of boxes that will repeatedly drop down their sides, revealing an empty space inside. I think these were originally intended to be used on Q-ships, but they never got around to it.

Somehow I think SH3 was built using a modern naval sim engine. I once ran across helicopters listed in one of the files. While helicopters did exist as early as 1944 in military use, they were extremely rare and I doubt they would make their way into a WW2 sim unless the game was originally intended to be a modern sim. In other words, it's by no means certain that the 'extra content' was meant to be in the game. It may just be left over from the game's original (and different) intent.

could be interesting if we can put a gun inside of this space that opened fire when the doors open.
