How do you edito torpedos?

.... ok i think i found the file, but its a sim file.. and thus us gibberish when you open it with notepad..

how do you edit .sim files?

Look through the mod list sticky. I believe someone has already figured it out.

umm, OK i opened the torpedos.xim file with a Hex editor... now what? its still all gibberish
