I am looking for ideas, and inspiration to repaint my IX A to C
Does any of you know Places on the web where i can have a peek and get an idea how these Subs were Painted on the Top? Dont Care if it is I , II, VIII or IX or what ever... jhust looking to get an idea what is "Serious" "goodlooking" "sexy" and "makes sense"

did a bunch of DD repaints lately (C Class, VW, Tribal) but i need to balance that out with Sub-Paintjobs.... :up:

Hi!

You might want to try Google "u-boat camouflage." One site that came up was this one (http://uboatcolours.mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/index.jhtml) - no pictures, but some descriptions of u-boat camouflage.

Otherwise, most of the photographic resources appear to be books.
