develop my own little manual for under ice warfare ?

im getting bored of hearing other people go on and on about manuals and i havnt seen one that details under ice ops yet (if there is one can some one please give me the link)

now if i did do this it would be from my own perspective not like many manuals that tell you fact this fact that it will be totaly diffrent it will be from my own expericance it will include screen shots from DW and also storys it will also feature my mistakes and how i got over them and also my way of doing under ice ops

any one think i should start ?

your comments and suggestions welcome

cheers

(as post wasnt moved my modarators i bought it here)

:) Yep - a nice idea - under ice experience would be valuable especialy if you have specialised in such.

Maybe a manual is ambitious but perhaps a series of posts in 'Tips and Tweaks' taking different topics
or running through your experience in scenarios would be most welcome.

These posts/articles could then be collated into something bigger if you so desire.

Now my under-ice experience is strictly related to getting my tonsils past the ice and lemon in a g & t. ;)

Seriously - go ahead tell us what you know.

Was that whale hitting the Alfa just an invention of Clancy Kapitain?

Oh and USS Halibut SSN 587 got a shark trapped in its superstructure. Some reactor tech fished it out with a boat hook and it went on its way.

 Pigfish I really thought you were on a leg-pull there when I rea the article about the Cookie-cutter shark
'ISISITIUS' - I ask you. But I guess its for real as its more believable than an august museum having a sense of humour.

TLAM I like that - the 'Halibuts' (sic) nuclear techie goes fishing with a boat hook. 21st centurt technology at its best.
Was his name Flintstone ? ,,, :rotfl:
