Im not the right man for this, but I have a texteditor program that have options for hexediting. Its called "UltraEdit-32"

I don't have their website link right now, but with a quick search I think you'll find it. Its not free, but I think you will have a free trial period.

Try XVI32, a freeware editor. You can find it here (http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm).
