Having trouble with generic mod enabler

Decided, after yet ANOTHER clean re-install of SHIII when Real UBoat 1.43 came out, that the mod enabler would be a good tool. I'm having problems getting it to do its job, however.

I followed the instructions in the help file, then downloaded RUb 1.43. I attempted to use the enabler to install 1.43, and according to the enabler it's activated. However, no signs of it having been installed when I run SH III. Tried a reboot and still nothing.

Suggestions?

Hi, go through the actual directories 'data\etc' where they are surposed to be if they are not then mod enabler directory structure is not set up properly, should be 'Mods\name of mod\data\etc'
