Has anyone ever started a patrol in anything other than clear/calm weather?

If you know, where can I find the weather change probability files?

Silent Hunter/data/Campaigns folder.
You see a file Campaign_LND.mis.

for example if you change Clouds=0 to Clouds=1 then there are clouds when ya leave port.

You must experiment a bit for yourself 'cos I'm a total n00b in the modding stuff.
