So there really are missing sounds?

I installed a mod that enabled the crew cheers in the German language option, its such a nice addition to the game. So what else is the 1.4b install missing? I think I maybe missing sounds for blowing ballast too...I havent tried it in so long.
Anyway, Im looking for a simple mod/patch that will enable these default sounds...after that I can look at adding custom sounds.

I just started using the German voice dialogue to add to the immersion.

When I installed it with JSGME in 1.4b, JSGME mentioned no conflict.

To the best of my knowledge, this missing sound was never provided by Ubi.
