Mod links in stick not working?

Hi,

I am new to modding, and I am trying to install some of the more popular mods. However it seems most of the links in the sticky that link to another topic dont seem to work. All of the mod sites are down except the one hosted by subsim, but subsim only had a limited number of mods available.

Any site that has them all in one spot?
