This is in the Merchant Variety Pack Mid/Late War readme.
"For the C-3 you may want to download SH3 Inspector and use it to increase the ship's draft to at least 12 Meters"
Where do I find this tool?
I have looked at Subsims downloads and Terrapins site and no luck.
Even tried searching for it using the forums search function but that seems useless as it would not go to any posts later than July.
