Recognition Manual and Roster Mod

I've just uploaded a mod for the Recognition Manual to Terrapin's site. If you use the Nationality Mod, this adds the appropriate Roster, DefSide.cfg, and Recognition Manual Entries.

I didn't get it matched up for 2.0 yet, as I understand there may be yet more countries added.

The country names are in German; I can provide an English copy if anyone would like it.

If there's interest, I'll update this as/when new entries are added. If not, I'll just keep it to myself :-j
