Crew Fatigue

I am so tired of needeing to treat this crew like a bunch of children. Have you been to bed, wipe your nose, and your backside. Is there a way to just completely disable the fatigue factor in this game? Maybe some folks like to micro-manage like this but I sure don't! On the return leg of my patrols, close to half my crew is Red !, so they sit in the bunks while I try to get home.

It really isn't too bad once you get a few patrols under the crew's belts. After that you when you start racking up medals for the crew then it goes away completely.
