sub accident

Hi all
I just finished a scenario to create random accident on a sub.
the goal is just to give ideas or easy solutions to mission creators who want to include this kind of features inside their solo (or maybe MP) missions.

3 kind of accident :
- Mine hit
- reactor accident
- flooding in torpedo room

1 out of 3 will be randomly generated at start

Inside the zip, you will have all you need to reproduce it easily on your own scenario if you wish (just open the mission in edition and the readme).
