Modders UNITE! sell our own CD

OK so to help stop the X1 insanity lets do this..everyoen pool their mods...some one come up with an installer and there you go.Give it away or better yet make a donation to Subsim and sell our own mod CD.Neal comes out ahead,the modders get their work out and everyone in the Subsim community has a great CD for not alot of money.

I think SubSim should get the ball.

I mean there are a number of great SH3 sites, each pulling their weight in benefitting the community. But I think we need the one that most globally recognized as the leader.

I'm sure SubSim's crew knows the routine: get modders' permissions to include their works, compile them onto one or more CDs and sell copies like hotcakes for a reasonable price to those people with download problems.

Guys, I know this is kinda off topic, but if you (finally) decide to contact UBI/Ro for their approval on your mod/addon, please rise the SDK issue with them as well. This could settle the rumors about a hypothetical release of the SDK, SH4, SH3+Pacific Theather addon, and so forth.

I'd be glad to pay them a visit (if that's OK with them) when I'm in Bucharest next time (probably sept/oct).
