yes somewhere... someone did one a while ago, can't remember where, it is part of a big mod maybe. I tried it but now I use something akin to the original sound but with flooding noises. The Das Boot sound mod might be a good place to start looking for it...

If you just want this sound I can email them to you. Sailor steves are nice and this sound is there too, but also a lot more sounds (all of them are nice)
