Resupply reduce mod

I play SH 3 Original. I remember that there was a mod that reduces the resupply when you dock at a milk cow. Anybody knows where I can find it.

Stock SH3 don't have resupply. And GWX created the Milch Cow.

The resupply in my SH3 works perfect. I get 100 % fuel and all Torpedos like I started in port. With SH3 Commander I reduce the days in port to 1. What I am looking for is this mod where you don`t dock at the resupply ship when you reach it, but you had to finish the game. Then you got the message like I remember: Resupply finished, you got 2 or 3 Torpedos and about a quarter of fuel.
Btw. I implemented some ships of GWX-KC. in my SH.3. I not only got a CTD. The screen started flickering. Nothing works. I had to make a emergency shut down of my PC.
Before this will be missunderstood. This is only a determination, not a blame assignment.

The flickering of the screen of my PC happened once again. It seems to be a problem of my PC and has nothing to do with any downloads.
