Moin ...

... so ... here is a second attempt on the subject of “State Machine Wrapper” (SMW) ...

Question; How do I get it to work in relation to ... for example “Uboatxxx.dat" ... to trigger an effect and the corresponding sound with the help of the SMW.

Thanks for your help ...

SMW is used to call a StateMachineClass controller.
I'd study the StateMachineClass in the Conning Room sim files as a start.

Joo, I've already done that and added/created the missing sounds for the bulkheads and Obs Peri, but it doesn't work for the other .... UZO, radar, bearing frame etc..... ... Greetings Kermit

I have already realized this with the UCS Mod, but not on the basis of the SMW, but with my own invented (bypass) mechanics, would like to modernize the whole thing, make it leaner

Hi there ... 😉
.... so I had a look at it ... it seems that the SMW is "only" responsible for the "Interior Effects" ... I tried to avert the same structure elsewhere... nothing
... will try a few other things ... to enable the other sounds ...

... Obst Peri and Schotten already work like this ....
