Dangerous waters running the RA mod

Hi all just download the RA mod for dangerous waters and getting this error Dangerous waters error 1330 occurred with database
Does anyone have any tips

Hey Subfan,

Did you follow the order of: do a clean install of the game, then install the Sonalysts patch, then install the RA Mod?

Sorry if a dumb question - that's what I usually forget...
