Dotmod tactics guide or tutorial?

HI! Long time lurker here.

Got the itch to play some Cold Waters, and found about this wonderful Dotmod. But the list of changes/add ons to vanilla game seems a bit overwhelming. Is there any kind of tutorial or guide to ease me into it?. I just want to start easy and play 1984 nato campaign with an 688.

Hello! I think you'll be fine doing just that. '84 NATO is always the easier of it and '68 NATO - Mark 48s are amazing. There are a lot of changes but they're not really about making the game more difficult at least imo.

Thanks for the reply. I was a bit intimidated for the long feature list of the mod. But started playing anyways and I'm doing ok at the moment.
