I'm going to take a long break from SH4, and I thought that through the years I have worked on a lot of ships that I never considered good enough as to get released.

All of them are working in SH4+different mods, but still need some work in one way or another. In some cases they will need better textures, in other new damage models, or a thorough testing etc.

If anybody feels like giving them a push to be released, feel free to send me a PM to get the files. Here is the list:

Barham (from SH3 Revenge)
Malaya (from SH3 Revenge)
Richelieu (model by Karle94)
Rich_1940 (original model by Karle94)
Warspite (model by WoWs)

Exeter
Hawkins (model by WoWs)
Wichita 45 (model by WoWs)

Belfast (reworked from my own older version)
Emile Bertin (model by WoWs)
C Class
Delhi (original model by VonDos, still need authorisation)
E-Class (model by Delta Strife)
Galissoniere 40 (original model by WoWs)

Roberts

Saratoga 43 (model by WoWs)
Glorious (model by SH5)

Bourrasque
Chacal
Hunt IV (model by WarThunder)
Mogador (original model by unknown author)
V&W (model by WoWs)
V&W WAIR (model by Warthunder)
Soldati (model by WoWs)
Regele Ferdinand (model by WarThunder)
Marasti-Ceuta Class (model by WarThunder)
Porter 1941 (model by WarThunder)

Chamois
Elan
Erie (model by WoWs)

Poeti Motorship

There may be some more. I remember to have ported some Japanese ships from WoWs years ago, but still need to find them :haha:.

Which tool should I use to mod the camera position of the game? In Silent 3ditor there are node positioning but base on what coordination and unit?:Kaleun_Salute:

Thanks for all your great work for this sim :Kaleun_Cheers::Kaleun_Salute:

You're among those who have kept this sim alive all these years. Thanks so much for all your great models.
I'm for sure in to push up with my friend Von Dos and finished some of those great models

Hi there. Long time no see :salute:

My old user account got wiped out somehow some time ago. Onkel Neal created me a new one, but all the related stuff went down with it, including all private messages. My apologies if I didn't answer any of them lately.

I've been doing some cleaning in a couple of the models I wrote down on that list, and recorded a few seconds of video so you can see how they look inside the museum of SH4.

If any of you have preferences for a certain ship on that list, just let me know here and I'll try to leave it in working condition.

A rework of the Brooklyn Light Cruiser.

In general many US ships need some changes, as they were clearly rushed when the game was released. Which can be understandable as they were initially only to provide atmosphere in the player home bases, but they should have been fixed with time by Ubisoft. Specially after the U-boot patch, which made them suitable targets.

If you want to use it JapLance, we made a SOC Seagull for the next FotRSU, based on the Pensacola version, if you want to use that. :salute:

A ship I always wanted to add to the British Mediterranean Campaign.

The Italian destroyer Sebenico, which was the former Yugoslav Beograd, captured after the invasion of April 1941.

It's a WIP, but it's already working.

Can you make the environment more OMdarkwaters like? I like WDAD but it's the same vanilla environment as original sh4 and the japanese mod or you just do ships?(much more than I do as in nothing modding LOL)

I'm afraid I'm only more or less experienced in making or converting AI ships, and the editing of the campaign layers or creating very simple missions. For all the rest I need to use stuff created by others.

I wished the teams that were working on SH4 back in 2011 would have taken the challenge to improve WDAD. That was my intention by creating the British Med Campaign, but at this stage it's quite clear that there is hardly any interest.

After a long time sitting somewhere on my hard drive, I think I have finished this medium-sized (4500 tons) Italian merchant.

Not very accurate or detailed, but references on the net are few and only had one sketch to work with, so I'm quite happy with the result.

That's an old SH3 one, AA cruiser Scylla by Jack410.

Gave it a new coat of paint and some minor 3D changes, and looks great in my Dark Waters install (which is on the verge of collapse due to the number of added ships).

An interesting ship, if only for the number of navies she served on.

https://i.imgur.com/DQtxFZV.jpeg

The avisos of the Elan class went to fill the roster of both the Vichy France and Free French navies after the French armistice of 1940. One of them was kept by the British and spent the whole war in the Royal Navy. Then some of the Vichy ships moved to the Free French after the Torch landings, and those scuttled at Toulon were recovered by the Italians, who comissioned two of them in the Regia Marina. Some others, not yet repaired by the Italians, were captured by the Germans and used in the Mediterranean until the 1944 landings in Southern France.

That makes 6 different navies in SH4 (Marine Nationale, Vichy France, Free French Forces, Royal Navy, Regia Marina and Kriegsmarine).

Coming soon (I'm writing the readme file).

Three Japanese liners that were pressed into service in WW2. Two of them (the ones converted into submarine tenders) didn't make it to the end of the war, and only the Hospital ship survived (nowadays a museum ship in Yokohama, Japan).

WIP HMS Barham and HMS Malaya

https://i.imgur.com/lj8H5u7.jpeg

https://i.imgur.com/Ry3iF9L.jpeg

Created from the SH3 Revenge battleship, most weapons by The Frog for SH3 and the octuple pom-pom guns from WoWs, and a couple of parts from the SH5 ships.

Useful for Dark Waters installations. They're not 100% accurate ships, but I guess it's better than nothing :O:.
