You need to give people the files to examine.

I'm going to be as nice as I can as I explain your problems.

1st. You really need to learn the basics of modeling.
You have 6 objects in a low poly mesh where you only need 1 object.
Of those objects, You have reversed faces on some of them.
That's a BIG NO NO!

Don't work in Wings3D myself so can't advise you on step by step how to fix.
But I'd suggest more practice on model work.

Watch the face orientation on ALL parts!
