Trying to install Wolves of Steel Mod....

Hi,

I'm trying to install the wolves of steel mod. I own the ubisoft connect version. It doesn't like to work though. SO I looked into it a bit more and on the install pdf I then read a line which says, "If you own Digital/Ubisoft Connect download version of the game, you'll have to perform manual sh5.exe replacement before you proceed to TWoS installation."

I have no idea what this means and there is no explanation as to what to do do enable this. Is anybody able to help?

Hi,

you will find a link to this file in the manual pdf. You have to download it and overwrite it with the exe file from the original installation.
Copy the file to the installation folder and overwrite this SH5.exe.

It seems the destination folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\... is the reason. SH5 should not be installed under "C:\Program Files" oder "C:\Program Files (x86)".
