Am looking for the key command for up/down binoculars. Can you help me point me the name and folder of the txt?

the key command for up/down binoculars. Which the name of this txt and where its the location

(however, you have your SH3 set up as to... install path)\data\Cfg\Commands_de.cfg

OR

(however, you have your SH3 set up as to... install path)\data\Cfg\Commands_en.cfg



It'll be 1 of those 2 .Cfg files, that contain the key commands functions. Where it will be, in there exactly... that particular command will be... not sure...
