Does anybody know a where i can find a guide for installing arb widescreen GUI?

I've already installed h.sie's hardcoded patch, which is compulsary as I play on the steam version. I'm completely new here so hopefully i'm not doing anything wrong. If anybody could help me out, i'd really appreciate it
