SD Radar On/Off

Wondering if anyone knows how to make it so can switch SD radar on and off like in FOTRS? Want to implement this into TMO. I've attempted a few times but am missing something.

Apparently the team member who did this for FOTRS is MIA these days.


Really would like to get this implemented into TMO ASAP.
