Any mod that adds realistic crew numbers?

Like i said the sh4 sub shave way more crew numbers than in reality, i tried a few supermods and they dont change this. Thanks in advance.

some mods have reduced the crew numbers but your best bet is to choose the mega you wish to play and then while in port, just drag and drop any excess crew over to the left hand panel where the potential new crewmen are located and they will not be automatically replaced.
