FORTSU 1.7 Ship Silhouette Fix

A very small fix for some of the ship silhouettes in FORTSU 1.7. As you may know, some of it has lower resolution, desaturated, or just flat out missing. This fix remedy this problem.

If I miss a ship or you wanna add one please let me know.

Anyway s7rikeback, since you're here, TMO style nav map dots doesn't work for nippon maru and potentially nihon kaigun.
