I have been in real combat in Vietnam for 3 years so i know what it is like to be under fire..WHAT IS IT WITH THE SUB CREWS WHEN THE ARE ATTACKED AND THEY START SCREAMING AND IT WILL CONTINUE FOR DAYS??????HOW DO I SHUT THE COWARDS UP???:/\\!!:mad::mad::mad:

Old bug in SH 4. The crew gets stuck in the "excited" speech loops. Yes, quite annoying. The only solution that has been found is this mod "stop the shouting". Now, crew will nearly always remain calm, but find it much more tolerable than getting stuck in the shouting loop. Enable JSGME

assuming you are playing the US side, BH is correct, use the "Stop the Shouting" mod by sergei.

If you have taken damage, and they are already shouting, the mod won't take effect until after you return to port. If they still shout, there is something amiss in the game.
