Unable to dock in campaign mode

I am unable to dock my boat at Guam during campaign, i have no weapons left as my patrol was very successful but all that happens when I press escape to try and dock more enemy ships are detected and I am unable to fight and have to run and hide until the game lets me leave and go back to the map


Any help would be greatly appreciated I am using the latest version of CW and latest version of the Epic Mod fix 3
