the colors seam to be realistic but the lightning is to bright for my eyes :03: it maybe have to much glaring... could be realistic but for a Das Boot theme to bright i think.
i use a much darker interrior (Naights Submaine Textures)
...what i like is this old vintage photo color swinging like a ghost through the compartments

You can use the DarkInteriors mod or the Rusted Glory Lights Only mod and you will have a more dark interior, installed after German U-Boat interior.
Best regards.

Congratulations.
I hear everything, but I don't see the point in continuing my work. Now I'm only doing it for myself. You can use whatever you want. It is not necessary to inform me about this.

There are a lot of things in modding that are done intuitively, based on the fact that now it is no longer possible to find out how this or that reconstruction meets the requirements of historical accuracy. The decisive factor in this case is the taste of the author and the taste of the audience.

@ U-190,
Another outstanding mod! You sir are very talented!
Question- At the dive plane station To the left of the large shallow tiefenmesser in your interior mod there is a small "deep" tiefenmesser, would it be possible to change that to a "co2" gauge or make the "co2" gauge that's above the gyrocompass operational?
I like to operate using the gauges as opposed to the hud when ever possible and you have done such a fantasic job with all the other dails/gauges.
thanks for the consideration.

Hmm...why did you delete the mod? :timeout:
Would have really liked to give it a try.

There is still a lot of work to be done.
Changed the TDC sensors to the correct ones:

The compass now has the correct texture and works:

very useful mod, the only thing I'd add is to eliminate stock game 'highlights' of crewmen and periscopes/UZO.
p.s. большое тебе спасибо за исправление датчиков/приборов

I haven't finished my work yet. There are a couple of problems left.
An interesting fact is that I control the color not so much from textures as from configuration.
Now, by the way, all three compasses work synchronously and do not lie.
Я еще не закончил работу. Осталась парочка проблем.
Интересен тот факт, что я управляю цветом не столько от текстур, сколько от конфигурации.
Теперь кстати все три компаса работаю синхронно и не врут.

I give up.

Thanks, Herr Fitz!
Yes, nice work!
But it's open bar here, so here's my wish:
color the gas cylinders in blue, like on the picture, but with a very "light" blue :

Thanks, dear friend!
I have already done this, but abandoned this idea, since many elements in the interior use the same texture.
P.S.
But if you want - I'll try again. I have one non-standard solution...
I made a wall with a color division into white and gray as in your picture

That is not white, but beige or ivory (RAL 9003) in the picture, like you can read/see it here: https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2776127&postcount=33

Sorry. No one has asked for your advice and explanations here. We know about the colors without your prompting.
In this context, we are talking about a global gradation of color, not its shades.

This game loves soft pastel colors. I am interested in your offer and continue to work on finding suitable colors for our case.

In the very near future. I switched to windows 11 and I had to format my disk. There's nothing left. I'm waiting for help from Fitzraldo. Maybe he still has copies of my modifications.
