Tell me where I can get a general plans?
short list:

If you can't find plans on Internet, you might try looking for maritime museums in cities where ships of this class were built - they often have in their print collections ship blueprints. I recently got plans for one of ships I'm working on by emailing museum in its home port.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but here are some for Dutch ships:

What's this ship ? It seems to me that it's a modern big merchant ship, probably very uncommon during WWII... :hmmm:
Actually, it would be urgent to have realistic models for small and medium old merchant ships (steam WWI types)...

Don't you recognize this ship? No wonder. In SH3, this ship does not look like itself.

Isn't this one of the numerous variations of C3 standard ship? Maybe C3-S-A1/2/5 or similar?

Looking at models you specified, Patapsco-class gasoline tanker looks awfully similar to small tanker that is present in SH5 TWoS (and probably in SH3 as well, since it looks like it's imported to SH5 from SH3). File name is NLTSf, game calls it "Small Tanker 1850t":

As for Crescent City, theres a plan here:
https://www.navsource.org/archives/10/03/100302113.jpg
Not detailed enough for hull modeling but according to Wikipedia these ships were based on C3 hulls so perhaps you can use C3 plan for modeling hull and the navsource one for superstructure.
I'm looking for drawing for a Type N3 ship. Has anyone seen this?

Greetings to you all
For the past few years I've been uploading my digital stockpile of ship plans to the Webarchive:
https://archive.org/details/ship-design-drawings?sort=title
So I have plans for AOG-4 here:
https://archive.org/details/aog4bogp194x
And here are plans for APA-33:
https://archive.org/details/apa33bogp1966
At the moment I've uploaded about 1630 sets of plans for warships and merchant ships from the period 1900 - 2024 (mostly covering 1900 - 1945), so plenty of possible targets (to design) for you....
An index/catalogue spreadsheet for the collection can be downloaded here:
https://archive.org/details/ship_design_drawings_indexv1
Once the page is opened, you can download the spreadsheet by clicking on the button "excel" under "Download Options".
The manual for the spreadsheet can be found in the text that pops up in the viewer.
I have a page on Facebook where I post links to my latest uploads, so like or follow that page for updates
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100087330922805
And yes, this is all for free, I'm not making any money out of this hobby of mine
veel plezier en groeten uit Den Haag

Hello!
First of all, thank you very much for sharing all these detailed blueprints! :yeah:
Now, about these blueprints, the main drawback is that the lines plan is almost never shown, so you can't actually create a correct 3D shape of the hull. Most probably, you already know what is a lines plan, but for those who don't know, here is a good explanation: https://smoothslatestudios.wordpress.com/2014/07/21/lines-plans-basic-explanation/
Of course, there is still the possibility to use the above views of the different decks to create a proper hull's shape, but it's more difficult because decks are not perfectly horizontal. But it depends on ships. For instance, HMAS Westralia decks are nearly horizontal, so the deformation will be very slight, and the imprecision will be acceptable.
