New in sub chatter mod.

I've been using these sound files in the Command Room and also on the Conning tower. The former is an edited version of Thomssen's excellent work for SH3 using sound effects, rustling paper, random background noises and Das Boot dialogue.

The Conning tower file is largely ocean noise with some unobtrusive murmuring thrown in. I've also replaced the slightly psycho sounding bunker files.

Place in JSGME folder.

Thanks to Thomssen and also Subsim. I'm jumping the gun a bit but I hope the link will be up soon in downloads.

These sound files were developed for SH5 but they've been placed in SHIII downloads. Could a mod move them?
