this is an ai-upscale of all player subs in FOTRSU 1.46
also included is the correct Narwhal skin (FOTRSU uses the Sargo
skin-why?)
S-Class now changes correctly to light skin later in war.

btw, The Narwhal uses the Sargo skin because that is the skin that has been with us since FOTRS for whatever reason... lol - after all, this is basically TMO v1.7 with lipstick... :har:

Just a thought, since fitz brought it up... any thoughts of maybe intermixing these skins along with the 4K, that fitz brought up.. I too, used the 4K skins a bit back. Think I still have them in that Subron 50 modded SH4 I have.
I know that tkks did a work up of making the uboats look more... real.
Which Fifi incorp'ed into lurkers OM remix He did in OM: Dark...
so any thoughts on reworking the fleetboats even further like what tkks & Fifi did for the Uboats.? Just a thought... would be nice to have the fleetboats get that same kind of TLC in that department, if at all possible.
As I said, just a thought.

Current and previous version of FotRSU use the Gato 02 Tower instead of the Tambor 02 Tower (similarly with the Salmon & Sargo boats), so under the current version would not be an issue. It is anticipated though that the future release of FotRSU will have the proper towers placed. :salute:

if you copy only the texture files (*.dds) over there should be no problems:hmmm:

A problem with sub skins in TMO is - example: Gato Class - the holes in the upper hull do not match with those of vanilla, or the FooBar skins. This is a problem of TMO I couldn't find a solution. I think if you use the 4k skins for FOTRSU in TMO you will have the same problem. You can live with it, but you will see the holes displaced from the originals in the TMO sub hulls.
Try it and post your results, please.

Alright, the mod works but like vickers mentioned you can see the original drainage holes on the sides and you can see the ones the mod adds in as black ovals. However, the original TMO holes are impossible to see if you are far enough away.
It still looks very pretty, I had some screenshots but they got corrupted or something. I also had to toy around with my mod list afterwards because I was getting error messages. It wasn’t the skin mods fault, it was RUIM. The installation didn’t go too well for some reason.
