No, the reason can't be that. Textures are loaded every time the game is launched. Changing them in the middle of the campaign is totally safe :yep:

I will publish it in the next few days. I'm looking for an old version of my work myself. My son reinstalled Windows and destroyed all my work. I had to start creating the modification again.

Many of programs for changing files I have just don't work properly.
What programs and what are you trying to change?
:hmmm:

As an example....
S3D will work with SH5 if you have the updated files for it.
GR2 Editor/Viewer you may need different versions to do different things.
3D and texture work can be done with many different programs.

A lot of it depends on Knowledge of how and what to do.
That knowledge is here at SubSim for the asking.

I run Windows 7 but I'm sure someone is running S3D on Windows 10.
I may install it on the Wifes system and check.
Do you have the SH5 files for S3D?
