Choosing an Upgrade

Hi all-

I'm wanting to upgrade to 2.2.22 and I'm unsure of my current TWoS rev. I couldn't find it in the splash screen or the usual places. I installed TWoS right after I bought SH5 in March last year.

Can I use the update; The Wolves of Steel v2.2.x to v2.2.22_Update or do I need to start fresh with The Wolves of Steel 2.2_SH5 Exp.Pack_v2.2.22_Full?

If you're asking what I think you are Mac...

Is a simple process... download the latest update module, unzip, then run it.. ensure your uboat, is in port, before updating TWoS... can't stress that enough...

It will then open up what you have set up for SH5 & TWoS. In the following steps, it will then direct you to your JSGME (is important to note, on reaching this step, you WILL have to deactivate any & all mods. I can't stress enough, if you have a long mod mix, to take a screen shot to make it easier to reactivate the mix, after the updater does what it needs to...)

From there, let the updater do what it needs to, after deactivating any & all mods add ins you have with SH5

Once it's done, is just a simple matter of reactivating them, making sure that any other mods, are still relevant & not needed as to have been added in with the update.

I would recommend clean game installation and The Wolves of Steel 2.2_SH5 Exp.Pack_v2.2.22_Full, just to be on a safe side...:yep:
