is there any way to fix the problem with skins not shown after loading a gamesaves? i mean the appearance of default skin instead of the modded one.
I regularly find such issues during campaign...

With the new texture for the deck of VIIC does the hole for the hydrophon not fit completely or rather is a little too offset.

- new version4 for VIIB (slight modification of the conning tower grids) and VIIC (rectification of the hydrophon anchor point)

Better but not perfect. ;)
You have to move the hole on VIIC deck a little more.

I downloaded the uniforms mod v7 from your "my mods" files, but in the RAR file there is only a v6 version. I´m using v6 now; there are only textures in the v7 RAR, containing the v6.

Is there some special link for the v7?

In my opinion, for the best crew configuration, you should combine my skin uniform with the Mod :
Crew Mod 1.2.1 Alt faces

This file in my mod which manages the contrast of the cap of the simple submariners can be removed; to experiment according to your preference in game : A_Hat01_N.dds

When I combine Alt Faces with your mod I lose the dialog menu in the watch officer on the deck. Your skins work very fine with TWoS but with Alt faces there is a conflict I can't discover.

It is possible that the "Crew Mod 1.2.1 Alt faces" interfere with TWoS.
My uniform mod is only composed of images replacing the original textures of the different characters; it is therefore compatible with any Mod modifying the game data

Your uniform mod works fine with TWoS. It´s Alt faces the problem. I tried Alt faces without your mod, and I have the same problem with the crew menus.

2 updates and a new skin on Mediafire page :
Update of the Uniforms Mod, version 12, correction of some textures problems, skin connection, etc. . - To note, the logo of the sailors' caps, recover on the film "Das boot".

VIIC version 7 deck update, drawing of the grids...

New VIIC41 skin, deck in wooden slats, on the model of the U505 of Chicago... version 1 thus

PS:
Concerning the ballast of model VIIA B and C, you may have noticed that the top half has a lighter shade....
So I modified the contrast file to get a more even shade

The modified weapon and magazine color skins are in the VIIC file
