have done the first campaign several
Times, (sealing their fate part 1) . I arrive, at rendezvous point and go to correct depth and speed, but seal team does not depart....any idea why ?

How long did you wait? The game is not very good about telling you that it's happening, I think you just have to wait there for about 5 minutes or so until they go.
