Help! My boats stuck

Fresh "steam" install, activated Twos, using the sh3 UI
settings 90% I leave port for the coast of Poland for my first patrol.
So far so good, I reach my patrol grid and dive at daybreak, paddle around for awhile and than lose control of my boat!

No rudder! I can run electric motors but the boat doesn't move course changes are acknowledged but nothing happens, I can change depth, go to stations, surface the boat but can't move the boat. Crew moral is still good, Same for diesel engines, I can turn em on, change speed, props are turning but boat wont move!

What's a Pirate to do? :/\\!!

Are you serious? I didn't even know that was a thing in SH5 :oops:
First it was Twos, but TWoS wouldn't run on steam! Than it was TWoS and steam But Uplay crap and very poor performance on my better than mid range little Hades canyon NUC drove me into a reef. Till after a whole year later I found this stupid little button on my radeon drivers...the one that says "performance" :huh: :/\\!! DOH!
I've loaded and UNLOADED this sim so many times.

Now it runs beautifully and your telling me my navigators takin the weekend off with some pub tart!
Where do I find this guy?

Just let him be. Spending time with a lovely lady beats getting depth charged any day of the week.

This is a gross dereliction of duty. At worst a mutiny, at best absent without leave! I will have him tied between two sharks for this...If I ever get back to port :oops:

:hmmm: I'm wondering if the english language confused him? I did swap out the German for english. Does TWoS do something different in the speech files? When I sead "ahead one third" he heard "go ahead, make an ugly baby"?
