Trouble shooting help LSH 2015

This is my second post trying to see if there's a fix for the CTD's in my copy of LSH for SH3. I have GWX which works fine, no issues.

For LSH
I did the uninstall, and clean install, including the removing of the LSH v.15
I am running it as administrator and in compatibility mode for WIN 7, my laptop is running Win 10.

It is an HP Pavillion v.7 which I purchased in 2012, it runs Civ V just fine, and other games as well.

The game loads and gets to about 95-98% loaded on the start campaign screen, then stays there for several minutes, then CTD's.

Any known helps? I tried all of the trouble shooting issues on the LSH manual.

There are many problems with laptop not handling silent hunter series.

LSH and WAC use many more pc resources than GWX etc. Chances are memory is the problem.

Do you have an add-on installed H.sie patch from Lsh3 mod folder or 4 gb patch?
Once the GWX starts, the LSH3 should also work i think
My computer does not have very strong parameters and LSH3 works like a charm

Yes, I have the Sie patch and the 4gb one installed, no other mods with LSH at this time.
