Ahoy.
Got to mission 3, missile test, on subcommand campaign US where I have to follow and observe Udaloy deploying a missile. I have got to designated area and followed the target but nought has happened. Anyone done this? Is it just a waiting game, (as I have gone past the time slot for the `firing test`)? Do I have to not be detected?

It's a weird mission. You have to be at periscope depth and you have to be (don't quote me on the specifics but it's something like this) within 4 miles but no closer than 2 miles. And you have to just take tons of photos and marks of the Udaloy around launch time.

Yeah, have done all that you have stated but as yet no missile launch. Got to that stage where I`m scared to switch screens in case it goes off!!! I`ll persevere and see what happens.

If I remember correctly there is some really weird trigger for this launch that doesn't always kickoff on time or at all.
