Movement Lag

Hello All,
I have recently returned to wolfpack after around a few months of not playing it and I've noticed an issue whereby when moving from side to side there seems to be some sort of small lag that blurs the inside of the submarine. I don't have any issue when looking around, it is only occurring when moving. Does anyone know what this is called and if there is any way to fix? I've already tried adjusting whether v-sync is on and changing the frame rate to no avail.

Ok, I've made a few changes to the settings on my game, cannot reproduce.
