Need help with ARB wide gui

I am trying to get Arb widescreen to work properly but when i load up and go on maps i have 2 glitched out maps i have read about uncommenting lines in TychoSH3Patch map file but i don't know what this means. i am new to this and would appreciate any help thank you.
